Persistence just shows you where the pieces fit

What I've Built

Category Analysis Engine

~9,000 lines of Python - Self-Service Platform

Turns lack of analytics capability into a non-issue. Lives on SharePoint with folder triggers - drop raw data, get deliverables via email in minutes. Category intelligence, margin analysis, and actionable sales leads routed to the people who can close them. No analysts required.

Price Analysis & Optimization Engine

~6,300 lines of Python - Custom Learning Agent

Pricing optimization that learns from outcomes. Standard ML approaches didn't fit the category nuances - built a custom learning agent that tracks what was recommended, what happened, and adapts. Gets smarter whether you're watching or not.

Revenue Management Diagnostic Engine

~5,000 lines of Python - Statistical Validation - PMI Analysis

Validates pricing logic by matching internal positions against external market data. Chi-squared tests, Cramer's V - only acts on true signal, not correlation. The need for clean data matching drove the creation of fishlib.

fishlib

Open Source - PyPI

Product standardization library for seafood industry data. Parses messy item descriptions into structured attributes - species, form, trim, size, origin. Makes apples-to-apples comparison possible across inconsistent data sources.

salesengine

Open Source - PyPI - MIT License

Universal sales intelligence engine configurable for any industry. Auto-detects columns from CSV/Excel, walks you through a questionnaire to define your business rules, then runs 22 analytical functions across 9 categories - churn classification, price indexing, statistical validation, confidence scoring - and outputs a formatted 12+ tab Excel workbook. Same code, different config: swap "restaurant" for "account," "pounds" for "MRR," and it works for SaaS, healthcare, retail, manufacturing.
